RETURNS

Authorization required: Returns without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and you will lose the right to a refund.

Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when received — unused and in the original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

Procedure: To return a product, please email support@vitalsok.nl with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details. We have only one return address in China; returns to any other address will not be accepted or refunded. Unauthorized returns are invalid.

At your own risk: We are not responsible for packages lost during the return process or held by customs.

Tracking required: Your return must include a Track & Trace number, which you must share with us. Without tracking, we cannot trace your shipment and your right to a refund expires.
REFUNDS

Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days to your credit card or original payment method.

Delays: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account again. If it is still missing, contact us at info@essentiallink.nl.
COSTS

Return shipping: All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Location: Products must be returned to China. Return shipping costs start at €20 and must be paid by the customer.
EXCEPTIONS

Defective products: If you received a defective item, we will send a replacement free of charge.
