Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Long-term transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, for which the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.

Durable data carrier: Any medium that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that makes future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information possible.

Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: A contract concluded within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, whereby up to and including the conclusion of the contract, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication.

Technique for distance communication: Means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being together in the same place at the same time.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.


Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur is entitled to amend or adjust the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.


Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the stipulated conditions.

If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur shall immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons within 14 days.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care.


Article 7 – Costs in the Event of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipment shall be borne by the consumer.

The entrepreneur will refund the amount paid within 14 days after withdrawal.


Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  • that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with consumer specifications;

  • that are clearly personal in nature;

  • that, by their nature, cannot be returned;

  • that are hygienic products for which the consumer has broken the seal.


Article 9 – The Price

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates.

All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement.

A warranty provided by the entrepreneur, manufacturer, or importer does not affect the legal rights and claims that the consumer can assert against the entrepreneur under the agreement.


Article 11 – Delivery and Performance

The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care in receiving and executing orders.

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer to the entrepreneur.


Article 12 – Long-term Transactions: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

The consumer may terminate a contract that has been concluded for an indefinite period at any time with due observance of a notice period of no more than one month.


Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise specified in the agreement or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 working days after the start of the cooling-off period.


Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur in full and clearly described within 7 days.

The entrepreneur shall respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.


Article 15 – Disputes

Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate are subject exclusively to Dutch law.

Payment service providers may record data in the European CESOP system in accordance with applicable regulations as of 2024.
