Average Delivery Times
Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:
After placing your order, we need 1–3 business days to process it. On weekdays, this usually takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days. We do our best to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible.

Order Cancellation
Immediately after placing your order, it is automatically processed and prepared for shipment.
For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Not satisfied with the product you received? No worries! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
